Totally forgot that I hadn't posted...well it wasn't that big of a pause.
What's happened in the meantime? Well, the NHS got itself together and put me in therapy again- more CBT, but this therapist is a lot more knowledgeable on autism than the last one. Plus she all but admitted she thinks I'll be referred onto more intense therapy but she is at least trying to be helpful in the meantime. Had to travel quite the distance, but we're going online from next week, so I only have to worry about patchy internet connections.
On happier news- I am slowly but surely falling head over heels over a woman...and by slowly I mean the first time we really spent a significant amount of time together was last week at a trans rights protest where I helped her prepare on the bus ride before she spoke. And then we went on a platonic coffee date (it was pitched as hanging out, but a lesbian can be hopeful). And she decided I am a Fashionable Person who she asks advice from, is so far allowing me to find any excuse to compliment her, and we've been messaging back and forth everyday since...So yeah, I am being a bit of a gay disaster over her. She's really cool and sweet and asdhgfslagf
Honestly, I get pathetic when I'm into someone. Plus she's growing her hair out, which I have completely normal feelings about.
